At Youthful You, we are dedicated to ensuring every visit is seamless, comfortable, and personalized to your beauty and wellness goals. Our team personally manages all scheduling and patient care to provide an individualized experience. To maintain efficiency and continue offering high-quality care, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our updated appointment policies.

Before Your Appointment

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and allow for a smooth start to your appointment.

• Preparation: For facial assessments and treatments, please arrive with a clean face (no makeup) to ensure the most accurate evaluation and optimal treatment results.

Appointment Timing

• Punctuality: To respect both your time and the time of other patients, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.

• Treatment Duration: If you anticipate needing extra time, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Courtesy Reschedule: We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule without a fee, recognizing that unexpected situations may arise.

• Subsequent Reschedules: After two cancellations, a $75 rebooking fee will apply to secure a new appointment.

• Less Than 24-Hour Cancellation: A $75 fee will be automatically charged to the card on file for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

• Laser Treatment Cancellations: For laser services, a $150 fee or 50% of the service cost (whichever is greater) will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

No-Show Policy

• Definition: A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice.

• Fees: A no-show will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the missed appointment.

• Multiple No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges or the inability to schedule future appointments.

Financial Policies

• $75 Booking Fee: A $75 deposit is required to book an appointment. This amount will be credited toward your service on the day of your visit.

• Consultation Fee: A $150 consultation fee applies if no treatment is received during the visit. This fee includes a full hour of education and a personalized care plan, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your beauty and wellness goals.

• Card on File: For convenience and efficiency, we require a securely stored credit card on file. Charges will only apply per our cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.
